2. Data Collection

Bulhosas (Irmãos), S.A. collects user data, through contact forms, for legitimate reasons. The data can include the name and email. In the case of contractual processes, it collects the data required by law for the preparation of the same and the processing of invoices.
The data collected are intended for communication with users, processing of requests for information and preparation of service contracts. Their use for direct marketing actions is subject to prior consent by the subject of the data.

3. Access to the User’s personal data

Collaborators of Bulhosas (Irmãos), S.A. have access to the data, if and only when they need this access to provide the agreed service.

The data collected by Bulhosas (Irmãos), S.A. is stored for the time deemed necessary during the contractual process between Bulhosas (Irmãos), S.A. and the user. In all other cases, the data will be deleted after 5 years.
